Dear All,
We have to draw everyone’s attention to the parking issues and restrictions at Salmon Fields Business Village. People are parking on the footpaths and grass verges which is causing damage that will result in additional costs for owners and tenants.
Each Unit has 4 allotted parking spaces + 1 additional Visitors space in the Visitor’s Parking Area. This area is not a overspill parking area. You can utilize “your” allocated slots, if you wish, but no more.
We have a certain amount of road parking available but, again, please do NOT park on the footpaths.
We will, budget allowing, endeavor to add additional “Visitor” parking areas in the Village as soon as possible.
We do not wish to “enforce” the parking issue, we are just looking for cooperation from all owners and tenants to make sure that the park retains its professional appearance.
