Always be considerate of all owners and tenants on the Salmon Fields Business Village

Each Unit has a designated 4 parking spaces at their disposal, plus 1 space in the Visitors Car Park. No double parking on the footpaths and grass verges is allowed.

CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day. If an incident occurs which require a review of the recordings please email info@salmonfield.co.uk with date and approximate time to request access. All footage is protected under GDPR regulations.

No external works outside the property footprint, EV Charge Points, Airconditioning etc. can take place, unless prior authorization has been granted, in writing, by SFBV. All applications to be made to info@salmonfiled.co.uk

All refuse containers must be located in the designated areas. No bins shall be sited directly outside a Unit on the footpaths

The storage of any materials or waste outside a Unit is strictly prohibited. All paths should remain clear and unobstructed, at all times.

Littering of any type will not be tolerated. Please make sure that items such as Cigarette Butts are disposed of in a container not the flower beds or grass verges.

The Barrier to the Village opens Automatically between the hours of 07:30 – 18:30 on weekdays. The PIN is required for entering the village at weekends and out of hours. The barrier will go up for exiting 24/7

No external decoration can take place as the render to all units is coloured and cannot be overpainted.

Any widows that require preplacement or repair must be to the same specification as those presently installed with a matching RAL colour, Salmon Fields Business Village has a recommended company to manage any repairs to doors and windows.

Smoking in any area inside the village outside the buildings is not considered acceptable and people should be away from any open windows and doors, preferably off site when smoking.

People are, respectfully asked, to keep the volume of their in car entertainment to a reasonable level. Noise pollution is not fair on fellow owners / tenants.
